About our activity
Laboratory Testing Capabilities and more
Our operations combine advanced laboratory testing with full-spectrum forming and fabrication capabilities. From high-precision wire and tube processing to robotic welding, progressive stamping, surface coating, and in-house tooling, we offer end-to-end solutions. Our rigorous testing protocols (including mechanical, environmental, and dimensional verification) ensure every component meets the highest standards of quality, durability, and compliance.
We conduct specialized welding tests.
These include macrographic inspections and destructive testing to assess joint quality and structural integrity.
Ultrasonic tools verify material thickness.
Non-destructive ultrasonic measurements ensure uniformity and compliance with design specifications.
Material strength is validated through mechanical testing.
We perform hardness and tensile testing to evaluate durability and resistance under stress.
Material strength is validated through mechanical testing.
We test paint adherence and thickness, along with conducting chemical analyses for material composition and surface treatment validation.
Environmental performance is tested in controlled conditions.
Climatic chambers simulate salt spray and humidity to predict long-term durability and corrosion resistance.
3D metrology ensures dimensional accuracy.
Advanced measurement systems capture complex geometries to support high-precision manufacturing and quality control.
We form wire from 2.5 mm to 10 mm in diameter.
Our CNC wire forming machines feature both single and double head configurations for high flexibility in part geometry.
We process tubes with precision bending and end forming.
3D CNC bending machines, end forming presses, and custom punching/drilling stations allow us to shape complex tube assemblies.
We offer multiple welding technologies.
Our capabilities include semiautomatic and robotic MAG welding, along with pressure welding, using systems from ABB, Motoman, and Kawasaki.
Our stamping operations cover a wide tonnage range.
We run 10 automatic progressive presses (250tf–800tf), 40 manual presses (63tf–400tf), and 8 tandem line presses (450tf) to accommodate various production scales and part sizes.
We apply durable, high-performance surface coatings.
Available options include electrostatic epoxy powder painting, zinc and zinc-nickel plating, cataphoretic coating (KTL), and Rilsan coating for enhanced corrosion and wear resistance.
We manufacture tooling in-house.
Our tooling division supports both plastic and metal production using 3- and 5-axis CNC, EDM, and WEDM. We also collaborate with trusted European and Asian toolmakers for added capacity and specialization.
