About our activity

Cross-Divisional Capabilities and more

Our operations span across three core sectors, each designed to serve the evolving needs of the global automotive market. These divisions collaborate seamlessly to deliver integrated solutions: from product design and tooling, to manufacturing and testing. This synergy allows us to respond quickly to customer demands, innovate across platforms, and maintain consistent quality across all production stages.

We use advanced metrology tools for precision control.

This includes 3D CMMs, scanning systems, and tensile testing equipment. Climate and salt spray chambers are also used to verify dimensional accuracy and simulate extreme environmental conditions.

We perform CNC milling, electro-erosion, and both laser and micro welding, enabling precise repairs and proactive maintenance of tools and dies to extend their lifespan.

Cross-functional support in tooling, measurement, and testing ensures process stability and product quality throughout development and production.

We operate 66 presses from 80 to 1500 tons, including equipment for overmoulding, bi-component (2K) injection, and gas-assisted molding.

We manufacture visible interior/exterior parts and structural assemblies, including overmoulded and dual-material designs.

Nine machines support both accumulating head and continuous extrusion with capacities from 5 to 200 liters, along with finishing options like hot plate welding and shuttle systems.

Products include liquid reservoirs, engine and cockpit air ducts, and assembled plastic containers.

Six Krauss Maffei high-pressure PU machines produce cushions, overmoulded armrests, and sound absorbers using high-density integral skin foam.

This process forms carpets, headliners, and molded insulation like dash sound deadeners for engine compartments.
